Gluten Free // Refined Sugar Free // Nutiiboost
- 3 Cups NutiiBoost (either flavour)
- Cupcake tin
- Cupcake cases
- 2 tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup or Sweetener of your choice
- 1.5 tbsp Cacao
Place granola in a mixing bowl.
Heat coconut oil and Rice Malt Syrup in a pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and pour over granola.
Add Cacao and mix until granola is completely covered.
Spoon into cupcake cases and place in fridge until hard (usually 15-20 minutes).
