Our favourite super simple Paleo bread using NutiiBoost! Great to make on the weekend and to keep in the fridge as a snack for the rest of the week! Gluten free and full of healthy fats, it’s the perfect source of energy to fuel your busy day.
- 1 Cup almond meal or coconut flour
- ½ Cup NutiiBoost (Daily Blend or Turmeric & Ginger)
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- ½ Cup nut butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey or Rice Malt Syrupr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or essence
- Pinch salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a bread baking tray.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and place into a lined baking tin.
Cook for 30 – 40 minutes until firm, or until you can stick a fork into the middle of your loaf and it comes out clean.
Allow to cool and garnish with NutiiBoost.
