No-Nut Nutella

To be completely honest... my toddler DID NOT eat this. He didn't like it. My baby on the other hand... LOVED it! I've been spreading it on pancakes and popping it in his lunch box and it is always devoured. If you've got a slightly fussy child, you may find they eat this. If you've got a VERY fussy child (like mine), I wouldn't bother making this. On a side note, I also enjoy this spread as something different (I feel like snacks become monotonous when you're a mum so this one mixes it up!).

Ingredients
6 medjool dates (seed removed)
1 tbsp collagen
1/2 cup cocoa or cacao
1 can chickpeas (water removed, thoroughly rinsed & dried)
3/4 cup boiling water (you can add more depending on desired thickness)

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray and bake chickpeas for 20 minutes (until they are nut-like).

Add water, dates and collagen to a food processor and blend until smooth. Store in container or air-tight jar in the fridge for 5 days.
