NUTIIBOOST BIRCHER

This is a great breakfast to eat on-the-go! Place all ingredients in Tupperware, leave overnight and take with you to work in the morning! #unrefinedonthego

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Grated Apple
  • 2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup NutiiBoost

METHOD:

Combine ingredients in a large container, stir and put in the fridge for 6-7 hours or overnight.

Serve cold or warm with additional NutiiBoost and coconut yoghurt.
